How to Create A Gift Registry
What is a Gift Registry?
A Gift Registry is a special type of Wish List that is usually reserved for a special occasion or event. The most notable registries are bridal registries, but other types of registries may include (but are not limited to) birthdays, anniversaries and christmas. You have the option with our Gift Registry to name the type of Registry you are creating so that your recipients know exactly when and what occasion your Gift Registry is for.
We have created a step-by-step guide below that outlines how to create a Gift Registry. If you still find the process confusing, please feel free to email or phone one of our friendly sales team and they will be able to step you through the process.
How to use our Gift Registry:
1: Adding an item to your Gift Registry.
Find the items you wish to add to your Registry from our store. You can add as many or as few items as you please. Once you have found the item/s you wish to add to your registry, click on the 'add to Gift Registry' button on the product page (see diagram 1 below).

2: Viewing your Gift Registry.
Once your item/s have been added to your Registry, you can now view these items in your registry. There are 3 different ways in which you can view your Registry.
1) If you have created an account with us, you can view your account page which has a link to your registry.
2) You can select the 'Gift Registry' Button in the top right hand corner
3) Click on the 'Your Gift Registry' in the left hand navigation bar of our website.
Once you are viewing your Registry page, you have various options (see diagram 2 below).

3: Editing and Creating Your Gift Registry details and preferences.
Once your item/s have been added to your Registry, you now have the opportunity to name your registry and apply any other relevant details for your Registry (such as a delivery address and the date of the occasion). Select the link 'Edit Event Details and Preferences' (see diagram 2 above as to where the link is). Once in their you have a variety of options. These are explained in the diagram 3 below.

4: Emailing your Gift Registry.
Once your created event details for your Gift Registry and have finished adding your products to it, it is now time to send it out to your desired recipients. To email your registry, firstly, you need to click on the 'Send an e-mail announcement' link (see diagram 2 above to find this link). Once you have clicked on this link, you will find a variety of options available to you. Please see the diagram 4 below for detailed information on how to correctly configure this page.

5: What your Gift Registry recipients will see.
At this point, you have created your Gift Registry and have emailed your Gift Registry to your intended recipients. You have now completed your Gift Registry and it is ready for your recipients to purchase from. In diagram 5 below, you will see a sample of what your recipients will see when they click on your Gift Registry link in the email sent to them.
