Payment Methods
Option 1 - Credit Card Payments:
Payments can be made online via our secure online payment system. This is the fastest and most convenient way to make your payment to us. We are also happy for you to phone, fax or post your credit card details to us if you prefer not to place your credit card details online. There is an online form available on completion of checkout that you can print out and place all of your relevant details in. Credit Card purchases will appear as 'The Fragrance Gallery' on your statements.

Option 2 - Bank Deposit Payments:
Our banking details will be provided to you upon completion of checkout. When making your payment, please ensure that you include either your surname or the order number as a reference otherwise we will have no way of matching your payment to your order. Failure to do this may result in delays in processing your order. Orders will be dispatched upon receipt of your payment in our bank account. Please be advised that payments can take anywhere from one to four business days clear.
Option 3 - Money Order Payments:
Money Orders are available from your local Australia Post outlet. All money order payments need to be made out to The Fragrance Gallery. These are not subject to clearance in our bank account and your ordered will be processed immediately upon us receiving your money order. When choosing this method of payment, please include a copy of your invoice (which you can print out on completion of checkout) so we can match your payment to your order. Failure to do this may result in delays in processing your order.

Option 4 - Cheque Payments:
Cheque payments need to be made out to The Fragrance Gallery. Goods paid for by personal, bank or business cheque will not be posted until the cheque has been cleared by our bank in our account which takes anywhere from five to seven business days. When choosing this method of payment, please include a copy of your invoice (which you can print out on completion of checkout) so we can match your payment to your order. Failure to do this may result in delays in processing your order.
