For a return, refund or exchange, please phone us on (03) 9727 2337 or fill out our online webform. Please provide your order number and a detailed message as to why you will be returning the fragrance when contacting our customer service team whether it be via the phone or our online webform. After discussing the issue with you, we will provide you with an RA number that MUST be included with the product that is being returned to us.
